• A whole hog typically will yield around 145 lbs of meat.  Cost for the meat will be $860 to $965 depending on hog size.  Processing cost will range from $300 to $370 depending on the hog size and choice of cuts, cure and packaging.  Processing is paid directly to the local locker.

• A half hog typically will yield around 73 lbs of meat.  Cost for the meat will be $430 to $480 depending on hog size.  Processing cost will range from $150 to $185 depending on the hog size and choice of cuts, cure and packaging.  Processing is paid directly to the local locker.

A deposit reserves your hog, with the remaining balance paid when it is delivered to the locker.
